Tuesday 1pm.
Yep - the first muster is done and all the kit is drying out in the garden, fingers tightly crossed that it does not rain again...
Thanks to everyone who came and cheerfully put up with the Bank Holiday weather.
Thanks also due to Ken and the team for getting the Dancing Pig underway, for feeding us all on Saturday and after Sunday drill and for everyone who helped clear it all away in the rain after the battle. Here's hoping that Karen's scalded arm gets better.
Battles could have started a bit earlier so that they could have been a bit longer but I'm sure that there was a good reason for the timings and overall the organisers, I think, did a good job - and I'm sure the Mill-Stone pub management were happy with their takings
Yes we had a meeting and I will put the minutes up in the correct thread later this week, as well as the detail from the Army Council.
That's all for now, as it's my lunch break and I want to catch a few zeds...
Sam.

it certainly was a great weekend, a little bit of rain cant put us all off. Thanks to everyone for your support with the Dancing Pig, ideas are already bouncing around for the next one (June?) if anyone is up for making a spot of home brew....... Thanks again for helping us get everything down and in the car after the battle. The scold is looking interesting, we will be getting new lamps for the plastic tent so I can see what I'm doing next time plus I have been banned from filling up hot water bottles in future.

Ken - call Kate E one evening this week - we have a wind-up LED lantern. No gas, no flame and very useful.
