I'm looking for advice on where I could buy a good pair of authentic solders latchet shoes at a reasonable price?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Tony

'Historic Footwear' latchets are 'straight lasted' so no right or left, quite thick leather and currently on offer at £60. You could also try 're-enactment shoes' run by Tod from Gordons Regt.I have a pair of his latchets, and find them very comfortable.also £60.

Thanks for the info.
How do I get in touch with Tod from Grodon's? Does he have a website or do you have an e-mail address for him?
